The technical upgradation program provided by TALENTEDGE are in streams that are specialized, niche and well in demand by the industry. To help with placements of the students undergoing technical training with TALENTEDGE, the database of prospective employers is mapped out. Some of the training sessions/classes are actually held by working industry professionals so that students have a real time appreciation of the demands and challenges in that specified domain. TALENTEDGE has its own dedicated Placement Cell that interacts with prospective employers on a continuous basis and exchanges student information with prospective employers as the student progress through the training. For each specialization stream, TALENTEDGE interacts with 70-80 prospective employers who are looking for talent in those domains. This essentially results in job interview opportunities and in some cases even internship opportunities that may culminate in a pre-placement offer.

As a part of TALENTEDGE-SHRM partnership, there are also conscious efforts made to ensure that HR interactions are provided by practicing HR professionals working for prospective employers. This helps forge a strong relationship between the students, the company and the college so that the positive influence on the HR professional results in (i) return to the college for campus placements and (ii) positive word of mouth amongst the HR fraternity that is likely to influence other prospective employers as well.

TALENTEDGE also has ties ups with multiple jobsites and RPO’s which are also leveraged to help with the placement of students who enroll with the TALENTEDGE technical training program. Specific technical profiles of the enrolled students are creating highlighting their niche technical skills so that skill to job mapping is easier at the backend and the right skilled students get the right opportunities to be interviewed by prospective employers.
